Fitness Recap – October

While it’s clear that travel and the outdoors are my passions, I also am quite the gym addict. Spin and yoga have always been my go to classes, but I was curious about pilates, bootcamps, barre, etc. Once I heard about ClassPass I jumped at the chance to get back into a routine that holds me accountable and allows me to try new gym studios all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Today I finally completed 100 classes with ClassPass! This was a personal goal I had set for myself and completed it just in time before the holidays.

A little about my past month, here is my fitness recap. I maximized my lunch time in downtown San Francisco to take classes. Often I did those lunch workouts then squeezed in another after work if I was free.  This was my first time trying Barre at Cardio Tone and first visit to The Yoga Company while using ClassPass. I am generally a regular at all the other studios. You can find a recap of my month below of the classes I took as well as how much I ran. My goal is to increase mileage for next month!
