Fitness Recap March ClassPass

March must certainly be a record! 23 classes in one month is a lot of classes. I tried so many great new places as well. Considering I am running a 10 mile race in only two days, I should have ran a lot more miles last month. This month I focused on flexibility and toning, mixing in yoga and strength training classes. The Chisel class at Crunch gym has been a lot of fun because there is always a full class and they pack a lot into only 30 minutes. The aerial (Air Power) and Rooftop Yoga classes were such a great spin on the average fitness class. Definitely worth a try!
